The data provided by Kimppan may be inaccurate, and all responsibility for investment decisions rests with the user.

Kimppan does not assume any responsibility for any problems arising from the use of this data. Also, please use only the services permitted in your country of legal jurisdiction.

User's site usage records may be used for service improvement and will not be provided to third parties without consent.

Kimppan includes content, banners, and link-style advertisements in the service, and receives a certain fee for these.

Users must not engage in activities that can harm our services. If it is determined that our services have been harmed, we may restrict usage or take legal action.

Kimppan may temporarily suspend service provision in cases of computer or telecommunications equipment maintenance, replacement, failure, or disconnection of communication. We may completely change or discontinue the current services without prior notice to users for reasons deemed appropriate, such as replacement with a new service.

All industrial property rights for the content provided on this site belong to Kimppan, and the text, images, and other contents, as well as the graphic layout, are protected under copyright law. Users must not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use the data obtained through Kimppan for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without prior consent from Kimppan.

Kimppan may amend these Terms within the scope not violating laws such as the Regulation of Terms Act, Basic Electronic Transaction Act, Electronic Signature Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

In case of disputes arising from the use of services between Kimppan and the users, the laws of the Republic of Korea apply, and lawsuits arising from such disputes shall be filed in the courts of the Republic of Korea, which have jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
